Alan and his team were incredible and saved the day for us. We were in town from DFW to see family when or car broke down across the street. We happened by McKays because it was so close and our limping car could make it no further. It was late on a Saturday but Alan and his crew made us feel at home, checked out our car and explained the situation in ways we could understand. He then fixed our car the same afternoon so we could get back on the road and make it home at the end of our weekend. He also recommended some other needed services that he knew wouldn't result in his shop since we were heading home. That's advice you can trust

I have a 2017 Highlander that has been diligently maintained since I bought it with the dealership. It recently needed a huge repair which I ended up trusting the dealership with. Shortly after that repair, it continued to have issues. The car has been in and out of the dealership for the last three months with no resolution. McKays is literally the only place that figured out the issue and actually repaired it. They were fast, communicated and fair in their pricing.

The team here always welcome our business and are very thorough with explaining issues with our vehicles. They provide suggestions and recommendations to ensure our vehicles are safe to drive. We recently bought a new truck from a dealer and took it straight to them for a second look. Repairs were made and now our son drives his truck knowing it was looked at by our favorite mechanics!! They even take the time to teach you about your vehicle. As father I found this extremely helpful because they also taught me new things I didn't know about my kids Jeep and Truck. I respected that there was no upselling, and no language couching actual costs like customers should be taken advantage of, which was my experience at the dealership and another shop that I looked to pay for my repairs. They were courteous, plain, simple, direct, and did the job in quite a timely way. And best of all, their prices beat the others by 50%.

After spending 3k on a car worth 6k, they didn’t fix anything at all. I brought the car in for the first time to diagnose and fix a check engine and oil leak. It was just a bad sensor they changed it and the problem was fixed. The light came back on and they said it was three more sensors. I said ok ended up paying 1500 for the diagnostic and parts. After that I was driving the car when it just turned off on me. Had to push the car back home and called this place. Got it towed to this shop they ran the diagnostic after a week they told me it was the ipdm a 500 dollar part. They called and tried charging me 2400 dollars for this fix and that that the car still had a misfire and multiple other codes. So I ended up paying 1500 because they put parts on without verifying with me. So they discounted that. So I ended up paying 3k for me to receive the car running horribly and with a check engine light. They also left parts of my engine harness exposed when they diagnosed the part.
